The ICELL8 cx Single-Cell System and ICELL8 Single-Cell System are automated platforms that allow the processing of ≥1,000 single cells for fast, reliable, high-throughput cDNA synthesis for NGS. Considering the large amount of data generated from such high-throughput single-cell sequencing, software pipelines help biologists perform computations on the data and present the results in a readable format.
