SMARTer® microRNA-Seq Kit은 고품질의 microRNA (miRNA) 분석을 위한, Illumina NGS Library를 제작할 수 있도록 고안된 제품이다. 독자적으로 개발한 MAGIC (Mono-Adapter liGation and Intramolecular Circularization) 기술을 활용하여 100ng - 1ug total RNA 또는 2 - 200ng enriched small RNA로부터 기존의 ligation 방법 대비 편향성이 아주 낮은 library를 제작할 수 있다.
MAGIC 기술은 small RNA 또는 miRNA를 캡쳐하여 재현성 높고 정확하게 분석 가능하게 한다. 본 제품은 단일튜브 (single tube)에서 하루 만에 (약 6시간) miRNA-Seq library를
만들 수 있는 실험방법으로 되어있기 때문에 오염 물질 혼입 등을 최대한 피하고 신뢰성 높은 시퀀스 결과를 얻을 수 있다.
