SmartChip Real-Time PCR System는 5,184개의 미세한 well이 탑재된 SmartChip에 수십 나노리터의 정밀 분주(Nano Dispensing)할 수 있는 SmartChip기술을 응용하여, 많은 양을 샘플을 처리할 수 있는 Real Time PCR 시스템이다.
본 시스템은 SmartChip MultiSample NanoDispenser, SmartChip Real-Time PCR Cycler로 구성되어 있다. 최대 5,184 반응을 2시간 (분주 포함 3 시간 정도)에 할 수 있으며, 유전자 발현과 Genotyping 등의 분석을 신속하면서 효율적으로 실행이 가능하다.

시스템의 특징

● SmartChip 기술

5,184개의 micro well (100 nl /well)이 탑재 된 SmartChip에 수십 나노 리터 수준의 정밀한 분주 (Nano Dispensing)함으로써, 많은 처리량과 재현성있는 분석을 가능하게 하는 기술이다.

● 최대 5,184 반응을 유연하게 디자인

본 시스템에는 14 가지의 분배 패턴이 미리 설치되어있다. 따라서 용도에 맞게 최대 5,184 반응의 내역을 디자인 할 수 있다.

● 100 nl 볼륨 미량 반응

SmartChip상의 well은 384 well plate를 사용하는 경우에 비해 1/100 정도의 반응액과 프라이머, 샘플에서 잘 반응 할 수 있는지 확인하고 있다. Pre-amplification도 불필요하다. 자동 분주 작업 때문에 재현성이 높은 유전자 발현 분석 및 유전형 분석 분석을 할 수 있다.
또한 100 nl 반응의 미량계에서 반응을 실시 할 수 있기 때문에 시약 및 소모품의 비용 절감도 기대할 수 있다.
